I fell in love with this song. The video is definitely so suiting and appropriate. Life is so short…Take care of the people you love. And don’t forget to live! Live! Live! Don’t let a moment, or an opportunity pass you by. – I hope you liked it too.
They say the type of music we listen to at any one point in time reflects of inner most thoughts in that very moment. So in that case, I’ll spare you guys the long drawn out post and share with you, instead, what I’ve been listening to recently…

This is a 2 Disc compilation of the very best of Mr. Bryan Adams. Can I just tell you, disc 2 was made for me! - There's a Zen, and calm, and peace I get from the songs on this disc. He has a voice like no other - I like the raspy, soft rock sound. He's a genius. My current favourite song is "All For Love" featuring Sting & Rod Stewart (another genius) - I've had him on repeat all weekend...Check it out!

This is hands down one of the BEST love songs of all time. It's one to have if you're a lover of the classics like I do. - "Suddenly Life Has New Meaning....." *rosy cheeks*

What can I say?...the lyrics of this song speak to the people who've 'been there'....Some days will always be better than other, remember not to give up.

Don't laugh...But I only today discovered that this song was sung by Bette Midler. I never really paid any mind to the artist. But this is a great song. Hats off to Bette! This is a ballad for the books! - Youtube it!
I think I have a very old soul…Here’s what I’m listening to right now…
Hello You Guys,
It’s Monday morning over here and it’s a holiday. Happy Emancipation Day to all those who are celebrating it today! Remember I told you guys we were expecting a storm? Well the sun is trying to shine over here but the approaching weather system keeps sending intermittent rain and grey clouds. And word is, the storm hasn’t even reached us yet! *sigh*
Anyway, enough of the gloomy weather talk…Last night I updated the music on my iPod and I plugged in my headphones, snuggled up in bed and just listened! Wooo! I tell ya, Simple pleasures. And It helped me sleep, and sleep very well at that!
Here’s what I have recently added to my iPod:

When this album was released 3 years ago it became an instant hit in my music library! I am really not a huuuge fan of rap but this is one of my favourite rap albums of all time. Somehow I lost it over the years and recently a friend of mine reminded me of it, now it is back in my music library and in heavy rotation.

Speechless! The girl is absolutely amazing. Full of talent. Full of soul. Full of emotion. I am a fan. Every woman/girl needs this album in their music library!

This album is rocking. The title is so well-suited, especially for Kelly. She needed an album to say "Here I Am" and she did an awesome job. I enjoy listening to this.

This was an incredible album. 2004 would not have been the same, particularly for me, without this album. I had the standard edition back in the day but I now have the bonus track edition which came fully loaded with videos and bonus tracks - I love it!

You know what? I am not totally sold on this album yet. There are some great songs on there that I absolutely adore but, there are others I am not too fond of just yet. I am giving it a try though.
In Addition to these albums, there are 3 tracks in particular that I downloaded. 1 because it speaks from my heart, the other 2 because….Well that’s my lil secret! You figure it out…

I love her accent and personality! It makes me very nostalgic and reminiscent! She’s fun, and cool, and real. And I appreciate that she separates her off-stage and on-stage personalities! Everything I am, and all that I can gel well with. Side Bar: That potty mouth is soooo me! *rosey cheeks*

So I recently downloaded the Katy Perry “Teenage Dream” album (I know, I’m super late) and I really like it. In fact, Im super hooked. Check out my three of my favourite tracks below.
