Something New This Way Comes!
So 2010 is nearly here and I have an initiative I wanna kick off. Its something new, to me at least. I want to start a new ‘Youtube’/'Video’ thing to spice up MsZindzi.com. I can’t give out too much details, as I’m still working very closely with my Creative Adviser and Critic (Monique LG), LOL! I keep giving her titles. I swear every time I mention her she is playing a different role. Anyway MsZindzi.com’ers, keep on the look out for that new something, it’ll be coming soon!

Oh how she’s changed?! Christian Louboutin and Mattel Inc. have introduced the Barbie Doll for 2010. She’s ULTRA-FIERCE (check more pics below)…And uhh all I’m saying is, she don’t look like no Barbie I had when I was growing up – and I have had A LOT of Barbies in my day! – All the ones I had was Blonde, but NO MORE! Barbie had gone red head! Talk about sex appeal!….

Rihanna Shoulda Been Humble!
…but then again, maybe that just ain’t her style! Maybe she just speaks her mind – But there’s an appropriate time and place for every opinion, that’s what I think anyway.

Tiffany jumped out the woodworks and damn near released a statement implying that Rihanna was a Devil Worshipper because of her music etc. (yall already know how I feel about that!) and Rihanna said that as far as she can recall Tiffany does not know her and therefore shouldn’t be talking about her. Which is true and understandable.
Tila (who, by the way, has a sickening habit of prying in other folk’s business – ALWAYS wants to have something negative to say!) called out Rihanna for not speaking on her assault and clamed that Rihanna partied way too much.
I mean HEY, Im not saying that what Tila and Tiffany (who both released responses to this Rihanna interview) did was right, in fact they were DEAD WRONG since neither of them personally know Rihanna and so they shouldn’t mouth off! Nevertheless I thought Rihanna should have been the bigger and more humble person and she should have never have given the haters the satisfaction.
I personally believe in Killin’ ‘Em With Kindness, the feeling is too sweet – TRUST ME!

My Opinion!: Rated R!
I am all for hearing different opinions and I am humble enough to respect anyone’s opinion while still standing firm with my own…And today you will to get my opinion, But I must admit I can’t help but being a tad bit bias!
Folk have been talking…Rihanna spawn of satan, Devil worshipper. She sold her soul to the Devil. She’s possessed by the devil.
Umm, really? Why? – Umm, Let me guess!
Because she dresses with an edge and sings with one too? Because her lyrics bear signs of ULTRA-control and ULTRA-fearlessness? Really? Or maybe it’s ‘cause in her recent photo shoots she’s been dressed in all black; hoodie, make-up and all? – Please!
Is this the kinda issh people cultivate when they have too much time or their hand or what?
Music, Theatrics, Fashion! ART! It’s all ART! And if some folk would take time to acknowledge that they’d know that most art if not all and whether we like it or not is SYMBOLIC!! Grow up, expand your mind and stop taking every issh you hear and see for face value!
I agree that her outer appearance has changes very much from her ‘Pon Di Replay’ days – and that’s OK! Her hair is different, her wardrobe has 360’d, make-up is a lot less subtle and that’s OK!
Yes, she dresses with an edge and sings with one too (evident in her “Wait Your Turn” and “Russian Roulette” singles) – But the girl’s been through a lot this year in case you forgot! Remember what happened back in February? I am sure I need not remind you! She’s got a lot on her mind and chest, and through her music is how she chooses to express it!
Daaang! Come off it people. Her music, and her dress is entirely her choice, and not everything we see or hear is literal!
These kinda silly talks is something I’d expect from a child! Not grown adults like ourselves! I am so shocked and disappointed in how a lot of folk are thinking right now!
It annoys me to hear people making these unintelligent accusations about people, not even just artists! Malicious rumours like this can happen to anyone, all it takes is one ignorant person.
Its either you’re a fan of Rihanna’s music or you’re not – But don’t try bring “devil” and “evil” as your excuse to HATE!
Last time I checked half the people talking don’t even know her personally (and neither do I)! As INTELLIGENT AND MATURE people outside of Rihanna’s personal life, and who are only exposed to her music and magazine & news clippings of her, we are supposed to be making SENSIBLE and educated assumptions (if any at all), not making unintelligent and ignorant chit-chat.
First Michael Jackson “Thriller” then Bone Thugs “Crossroads”, Tupac’s “Hail Mary”, DMX, Jay-Z, they even had talks running around about Lil’ Wayne! Remember the ‘Have you played the 2pac song backwards?’ rumour that was going around years ago? LOL!
Come on people, we’re smarter than that!
Music is SYMPOLIC not literal! FASHION is SYMBOLIC and not literal! THEATRICS is SYMBOLIC and not literal!
I suggest people find something else to spend their valuable time on rather than making wild accusations about talented artists!
