Search for the positive!
You know how sometimes things may seem really bad? Sometimes situations seem most stressful? How sometimes you want tomorrow to be different and renewed, and you try you’re hardest to change it, but you’re just not sure it will be any different? Well, I know exactly how that can feel sometimes.
Here’s what I usually do, maybe this might work for you too. When I feel most stressed I remember that No matter how bad things get there is always be a silver lining. BELIEVE THAT!
No body can create your happy edibg but you. For example, after a break up – after the tears and pain, I remember the adage “an ex is an ex for a reason.” The only reason we get sad after a break up is because of what/who we’re leaving behind but what we fail to acknowledge is actually the best part of a break up! And that is what we look forward to or at; the chance to make a better and wiser decision on a fantastic partner in the future. Now that’s positive thinking…If we think like that and practice that, the happy ending will be ours.
It’s always good to keep an open mind and remain positive and hopeful. “Things have a way of working out for the best,” embrace that.
And just to close and to go totally off the topic: Take a chance on Happiness. Go out on a limb. Life is too short to be wondering ‘what if?’…you know? And besides, that’s the worst thought or feeling ever! Pure torture, in fact.
