Just to Vent: Small Minds

Small-minded people never cease to amaze me! I am rather perplexed at the intellectual level (or lack there of) of some people at my university. Can you just imagine that someone, not just any ole someone (or maybe so), a UNIVERSITY STUDENT, made the time, took the time, had the time, to write, not just write, CREATE a gossip page on MySpace?? Why slander the names and characters of others for your own personal enjoyment? What benefit does it really have? No really, I’d like to know…What is this person actually gaining from such immature, senseless and childish actions. HOW SAD IS THAT, HOW SAD IS YOUR LIFE? My guess is, REALLY SAD!! And you know what’s even sadder the reputations it has spoilt in the process. The page hasn’t been made private, I even had a chance to see it, sadly, and I am not at all pleased. What people fail to realise is that no matter how true or false information like that may be, it ALWAYS has its repercussions. It will affect the personal lives and social lives of others. And oh how KARMA is a BITCH! Its disheartening that people will actually stoop to such levels to acquire meaningless fame. How does teh saying go again? Live by the sword, die by the sword..was that it? Or was it What goes around, comes around…hmm?

Not to be bias, there is the other side of the coin – perhaps we can draw reference to another old saying “There’s no smoke without fire”? Anyway, I just needed to vent, because returning to Halls after all the commotion was A LOT to handle!!

Talk about total CHAOS…Bute ppl you’re in my prayers!
